Forklift Training Courses Practical Qualifications for Warehouse and Logistics Operators
Gain the practical skills and certification required to work as a forklift operator and improve your employment opportunities in the warehouse, logistics and manufacturing sectors. At Bonapi Poland, we offer hands-on training for Counterbalance Forklifts (Heftruck), Reach Trucks, Electric Pallet Trucks (EPT), as well as combined 2-in-1 and 3-in-1 courses. Each programme combines theory with extensive practical training to prepare participants for safe and efficient machine operation.
Our courses include classroom instruction, practical exercises using professional equipment and a final examination. Most training sessions take place at our Bonapi Poland Training Centre in Gliwice, where participants train on modern warehouse equipment in realistic working conditions. After successfully passing the examination, participants receive a digital certificate confirming their qualifications, recognised by employers throughout Poland and many other European countries.

The duration depends on the course you choose. Bonapi offers one-day and two-day programmes, as well as combined courses that allow you to gain qualifications for several types of warehouse vehicles during a single training programme.
No. We provide training for complete beginners as well as experienced operators. Participants with no previous experience are generally recommended to choose a two-day course with additional practical training.
The examination consists of both a theoretical and a practical assessment. Participants must demonstrate their knowledge of safety regulations and their ability to operate the selected type of forklift safely and efficiently.
After successfully passing the examination, you will receive a digital operator certificate confirming your qualifications. A plastic operator card can also be ordered if required.
Bonapi offers training for Counterbalance Forklifts (Heftruck), Reach Trucks, Electric Pallet Trucks (EPT), as well as combined courses including Heftruck + Reachtruck, Heftruck + EPT, Reachtruck + EPT, and the comprehensive 3-in-1: Heftruck + Reachtruck + EPT programme. Refresher courses are also available for experienced operators.
Training and examinations are available in multiple languages, including English, Polish, Dutch, Romanian, Russian and Ukrainian, allowing participants to learn and take the exam in the language they understand best.
Training is delivered at Bonapi Poland, 16 Św. Urbana Street, Gliwice, where participants have access to modern training halls, a dedicated manoeuvring area and professional warehouse equipment used during practical exercises.
