The 3-in-1 training makes it possible to gain the knowledge and skills needed to work with three types of warehouse device during a single course.

The programme has been designed to be practical and focuses on the real tasks carried out by operators in warehouses, logistics centres and production halls.


Theory part

During the training, the participant learns:

  • the construction and types of forklifts used in warehouses,
  • the rules for the safe operation of internal transport equipment,
  • the procedures for technical inspection before starting work,
  • the operator’s duties during the daily use of the equipment,
  • the rules for transporting and storing loads,
  • work organisation in the warehouse and manoeuvring in confined spaces,
  • the rules for operating the reach truck when working at height,
  • the use and safe operation of the electric pallet truck (EPT),
  • the key topics related to work safety in a warehouse environment.

Practical part

During the practical classes, the participant learns:

  • how to prepare the devices for work,
  • how to operate the reach truck,
  • how to operate the electric pallet truck (EPT),
  • how to transport and set down loads safely,
  • how to work at high-bay racking,
  • how to manoeuvre in narrow warehouse aisles,
  • how to carry out the operator’s daily duties in line with the safety rules,
  • how to work smoothly and efficiently using the devices.

Exam

The training ends with:

  • a theory exam,
  • a practical exam.

The training is delivered over 1 day and includes a theory part, a practical part and a final exam.


  • At least 18 years of age
  • A valid ID card or passport
  • Basic physical fitness allowing operation of warehouse equipment
  • Work footwear recommended during the practical part

The course ends with a theory and a practical exam. After passing both parts, the participant receives a digital certificate confirming their qualifications to operate a counterbalance forklift, a reach truck and an EPT.

Initial requirements:

The participant must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid identity document, such as an ID card or passport.

Who is this training for?

The training is aimed at people planning to work as a forklift operator, at warehouse and logistics-centre workers, and at people who want to gain additional qualifications related to operating warehouse equipment.

Training goal

The aim of the course is to prepare the participant for the safe operation of a counterbalance forklift, a reach truck and an electric pallet truck (EPT) and to obtain a certificate confirming the qualifications gained.
