About Bonapi Vocational training for workers and companies
Bonapi was founded on the belief that good training should above all prepare you for real work. From the very start we have focused on vocational courses that help people gain the qualifications needed in construction, logistics, industry and technical trades. Over years of growth on the Dutch market we trained thousands of workers from across Europe. Today we are also growing in Poland, offering training and certificates for people who plan to work at home or abroad.
Our story
From scaffolding work to our own training center
The story of Bonapi began with hands-on work in the technical sector. The company's founder, Piotr Łoziński, started his career as a scaffolder's assistant in the Netherlands. Working on construction sites and industrial projects, he got to know the realities of physical work and the requirements foreign employers place on their workers.
Over time he noticed that many people want to develop their qualifications, but often run into barriers around language, access to knowledge or the way training is organised. Out of those experiences came the idea of creating a place that helps workers gain the licences they need in a simple, practical way.
Bonapi Training Center was founded in 2018. At first the business focused on the Dutch market, but over the years the offer kept growing with new trainings, certificates and services for companies.
Our branches
Our centres in Gliwice and Spijkenisse
Bonapi started in the Netherlands, where it built its training standards over the years. The Gliwice branch brings them to the Polish market, so you can complete most courses without going abroad.
You only travel to the Netherlands when a chosen certification exam requires it, for example VCA, SOG or DNV. We help you arrange the date and prepare for the trip.
Poland - Gliwice
Health and safety training and vocational courses, including UDT and SEP licences - for people working in Poland and those planning to work abroad.
Netherlands - Spijkenisse
Training and exam centre for the Dutch market - home to VCA, SOG and DNV exams, among others.

Our goal is not theory for theory's sake. We design our trainings so that participants gain knowledge and skills they can actually use in everyday work.
Instructors focus on practice, real work situations and exam preparation. This helps trainees better understand what a job requires and settle into a new workplace faster.
Every year we train thousands of participants - both individuals and employees of companies from the construction, logistics, industrial and technical sectors.

Experience on the European market
Since 2018 we have been training workers for companies operating in Poland, the Netherlands and Belgium. We know what employers expect and which certificates are required in specific industries.
Practical preparation
We don't stop at theory. We teach equipment handling, safety rules and the situations trainees will later face at work.

We run courses in Polish, English, Ukrainian, Romanian, Russian and Dutch, among others. That makes it easier to train both individuals and international teams.

Growth
From training in the Netherlands to a branch in Poland
Over the years Bonapi has expanded its offer of vocational trainings, specialist courses and services for companies. The next step was opening a branch in Gliwice, which lets us run most trainings and courses closer to Polish trainees.
Today we combine the experience gained on the Dutch market with the needs of workers and companies operating in Poland. Our goal remains the same: to help people gain qualifications that genuinely improve their career options.
