The training has been designed for people who want to develop their qualifications in the scaffolding sector and gain a certification valued by industrial and construction employers.
During the course, participants learn the rules of safe work at height, the correct use of protective equipment and practical methods of assembling and dismantling scaffolding structures in line with industry requirements.

The training, including the exam, lasts 5 days:
- 2 days of theory classes, 8 hours each
- 2 days of practical classes, 8 hours each
- 1 day of an exam covering theory and practice
- At least 19 years of age
- A valid ID card or passport
- Full physical and mental fitness
- Experience of scaffolding work
The following are required for the practical part:
- a safety helmet
- safety glasses
- work clothing
- ankle-high protective footwear
- a safety harness with lanyards
- tools secured against falling from height

The exam is carried out in line with the SVWOH requirements and covers a theory and a practical part. Obtaining the SVWOH certificate is conditional on passing both exam stages.
Initial requirements:
At least 19 years of age and a valid identity document: ID card or passport.
Who is this training for?
The training is aimed at people with experience of scaffolding work who want to gain scaffolder qualifications and obtain the certificate required by companies operating in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Training goal
The aim of the course is to prepare the participant to carry out scaffolding assembly work independently and to obtain the DNV certificate after passing the SVWOH exam.
