The Work at Height online training has been designed for people who want to gain work-safety knowledge without having to attend on-site classes.
The programme focuses on the key topics related to work organisation, identifying hazards and applying appropriate safety procedures when carrying out duties at height.
Theory part
During the training, the participant learns:
- the basic regulations on work at height,
- the worker’s and the employer’s duties related to carrying out work safely,
- the rules of hazard identification and risk analysis,
- the documentation and permits required for work at height,
- the effect of weather conditions on work safety,
- the types of scaffolding and their use,
- the rules of safe work on roofs,
- the requirements for using ladders,
- the rules of working with mobile work platforms and boom lifts,
- the use of transport cages and work platforms,
- the selection and correct use of personal protective equipment,
- the procedures for acting in emergency and life-threatening situations.
Exam
The training ends with:
- an online exam checking theoretical knowledge,
- issuing of the certificate after passing the test.
